Gandum/wheat with coconut milk
This is so easy to prepare. Just cook the wheat like the way we use to cook barley. When it is cooked or the wheat is soft just add in coconut milk. I cook 1 big pot and its all eaten up!

When to Market with my mom on Sunday saw lovely yam and it remind me of trying out 1 of my favourite nyonya yam kuih. My first time of doing it, mmmmm it taste just ok!
My sis said she have a very good recipes she will teach me this week end.

I mixed sweet sauce with red fremented bean curd(nam yee)

Poh Piah / Fresh Spring Roll
We think we had too nuch meat. Dad n I suggest to have Poh Piah for the week end. Everybody loves it at home. Even my baby loves it! And she is only three.

Home made Siew Mai
300 gm of half lean n belly meat
300 gm prawn meat
5 water chestnut
some mushroom, big onion, fried onion & Garlic
carrot for decoration
40 Wantan wrapper
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt
half tsp sesame oil
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Chinese cooking wine
2 tbsp tapioca flour
- Grease steamer with abit of oil n brush sio mai with water that mix with half tsp of oil
- Deco with chopped carrot on top
- Steam for 10 mins
