Red velvet cream cheese cake covered with unsweetened coconut. Finally I manage to make a cake not cover all with fondant, just partially for the design. I'll try more design using less fondant on the cake. Cos to me it is too sweet to cover all the cake with fondant and it spoil the taste of the cake.

Cupcakes for a little Boy

We made this cutie chocolate cupcakes covered with fondant for a little boy B'day party. It's a gift from her untie. They are so happy when they receive this  lovely cupcake! Like I always said when you make people you wil make yourself  happy too.  To see a smile on their face it's the beggest convince : )

This Strawberry are so sweet,  juicy and smell so good. The fruit stall lady told me it's from Korea. It taste much better then the usual one frm US and Aus. And it makes the cake taste so good! My nxt cake Hmmm! Very interesting! Check my blog next week!

I made this for my mom birthday last nite. It taste sweet and abit salty from the cheddar Cheese. I try to look for strawberry but I couldn't get it. To me I think strawberry deco looks much better than grapes. 

Hand bag Cake for J's Birthday

Made this birthday cake for one of  my girl friends yesterday. Did this straight after my last batch of ginger bread cookies. My helper went back for Christmas and I don know where she keep most of my things I look for my coloring until I start to deco my cake at 12am and I finish at 2a.m. Hew! Hooray! At last done for all the orders. I know the cake is abit too plain but my mind can't really works after making all the cookies for few weeks. Its a very good repond praise God for all the blessing that he gave us now and forever! Amen! Next cake is my princess birthday and still have no idea yet as she is turning 4. Any comment?
