Ingredients:
180 g Cucumber, 30ml water, 125g caster Sugar, 5 nos eggs, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 220g plain flour.
Method:

Method:
- Peel the cucumber, cut into small pieces, blend it with water in an electrical food processor until finely paste, remove and keep aside.
- Mix Plan flour and baking powder and keep aside.
- Whisk eggs and caster sugar until light and creamy with mixer, reduce to low speed, gradually add in cucumber paste, mix well.
- Add in sifted flour, stir until become smooth batter, then pour into a 9 inches square steaming at high heat for 30 minute. Remove from heat, leave it to cool , cut and serve. Happy Baking!
