Steamed Cucumber Cake

Ingredients:
180 g Cucumber, 30ml water, 125g caster Sugar, 5 nos eggs, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 220g plain flour.

Method:

Peel the cucumber, cut into small pieces, blend it with water in an electrical food processor until finely paste, remove and keep aside.
Mix Plan flour and baking powder and keep aside.
Whisk eggs and caster sugar until light and creamy with mixer, reduce to low speed, gradually add in cucumber paste, mix well.
Add in sifted flour, stir until become smooth batter, then pour into a 9 inches square steaming at high heat for 30 minute. Remove from heat, leave it to cool , cut and serve. Happy Baking!

Sorry for not up date my blog lately. I wonder if any of you out there have this problem like me. Alot of things in hand to update on blog but too busy til I really can't help my self to blog. I'm really busy with MaryKay business lately. I just done my lolly biscuit and cupcake for my chursh parish sales last week. Really too rush and tired to take a good photo. I slept for 4 hours to prepared all the goodies. Thank God I have MaryKay to pampered my tired face. I'll just post up my photo if anyone of you would like the recipes just let me know. Last week end Daddy is the chef for hold Sunday. Lo Shu Fun for our lunch and very very delicious burger for our dinner. My little one ate everything on her plate even the lettuce that really amazed me! Which she don like vege which mummy always have to make up story to tell her vege make her pretty like princess. She told us daddy cook nice food and mummy bake nice cake! She compliment both of us indeed of just telling daddy's cooking is nice! She even said daddy is a chef.

Durian Glutinous Rice

INGREDIENT:

300gm Glutinous rice

150ml Thick coconut milk

200 gm Durian pulp

SEASONING:

40 gm Sugar

50 ml Pandan juice

METHOD:

1. Rinse and soak glutinuos rice in water for 2 hours Rinse, drain and steam for 20 minutes.

2. Combine steamed glutinous rice with coconut milk and Seasonng. Cook till fairly dry in pot then add the durian pulp and cook till the mixture becoming sticky ball. Remove and let cool. Spoon mixture into small cups/mould.

* To make pandan juice, blend 4 pieces of pandan leaves with water. Strain the mixture.

As usual nyonya women cooks and make kuih. But unfortunately I never have a chance to met her. She died before my mom married to my father. This is one of the command kuih that they make to worship their ancestor. Got this recipes from a book call Make your own pastry.

Yam Swiss Roll

Ingredients:

5 Eggs

100 gm Caster Sugar

1 tsp Yam Essence

120 gm Plain Flour

70 gm Butter (melted)

Filling:

300 gm Cooked Yam (mashed)

100 gm Fresh Cream (Whipped)

1/2 tsp Yam Essence

Method:

Preheat Oven to 200'C ; grease 25 x 35cm (10 x 14-in) baking tin; line with baking paper.
Using electri mixer on full speed, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in Yam essence, mix well. Gently fold in sifted flour, add in melted butter, mix until well combined.
Spread mixture into tin. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Leaves to cool.
To make filling, combine cooked and mashed yam with whipped cream and essence.
Turn cake onto paper, spread with yam cream. Roll gently from wide end, using paper to lift cake and guide roll.

I plan to make nestum cake for my little one to bring to school. She told me she want chocolate. So I invent this new recipes Nestum Chocolate Cake. It turn out so great. It feel like eating carrot cake. I bet this cake goes well with cream cheese or peanut butter filling. I'll try to make a B'day cake with this yummy cake.

Ingredients:

210 gm Sugar

240 gm Butter

4 eggs

180 gm self raising Flour

20 gm Coco powder

1/4 tsp Baking powder

50 gm nestum

Method:

Beat butter and sugar till white add in egg 1 at a time. Add in all the sieved flour lastly mix in nestum.

Bake with preheat oven at 180'c for 40 to 45 mins.

Banana Bread/cakes

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 ripe large bananas (approximately 1 pound), mashed well (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Garnish: (Optional)
A few slices of banana

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour the bottom and sides of a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Set aside. In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl combine the mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. With a rubber spatula, lightly fold the wet ingredients (banana mixture) into the dry ingredients just until combined and the batter is thick and chunky. (The important thing is not to over mix the batter. You do not want it smooth. Over mixing the batter will yield tough, rubbery bread.)

Scrape batter into prepared pan and place the slices of banana on top of the batter for garnish. Bake until bread is golden brown and a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Place on a wire rack to cool and then remove the bread from the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes 1 - 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf of banana bread / banana cake.

I'll try more design using less fondant on the cake. Cos to me it is too sweet to cover all the cake with fondant and it spoil the taste of the cake.

Happy teacher's day to all the teachers out there! Today my daughter are celebrating teacher's day and fancy dress competition at school today. I crack my head for whole week and don know what to get for her teacher. As usual me last minute. Yesterday evening I decided to make cupcakes for her lovely teacher. Both her teacher and assistant teacher are so sweet and lovely. So I decided to make a sweet and lovely color for both of them.

She won her self a 2nd place. She is so happy and puzzled When her name was call. I'm shock too. Cos there are a lots of beautyful costumes. We just let her join to build up her self confidence on stage and have fun. We never expect to be won! Praise the Lord for this moment. Because before the competition start few little girls are laughing at her saying she is wearing a box.(Cos most of them dress up themself and putting make-up) And she come to me and says" mummy I don 1 2 wear anymore cos they are laughing at me saying I'm wearing a BOX" I replied her but your teachers says it is so special that is different from others. And I told her let them laugh it's ok cos we can't stop them from saying anything. May be they are jealous of you. Then she felt so much convince. Poor baby she had fever too this morning!

Its a rush Sunday morning thats why my pix was so plan and I didn't add anything to bright up the color. But my little on is very happy with this pan cakes with honey! Yum! Yum! Its a very simple recipes that worth trying.

Pan Cake

Ingredient:
140g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
40g sugar
1 egg beaten
240ml milk
30g butter

Method:
Sift flour & baking powder together add into a large together with sugar.
Mix well
In a separate bowl, whish egg, milk & butter together
Pour all egg mixture into the flour mixture
Mix well till all incorporate
Use non stick pan to cook

Celebration Bread
Ingredients :
3 cups unbleached flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 packet (7 grm) dry yeast
1 1/2 tbsp orange or lemon extract
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup of milk, at room temperature (I used 1% fat)
1/4 ~1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups dried sweetened cranberries
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (I replace this with raisins)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 egg, whisked until frothy, for egg wash

1. Heat 1/4 cup water to 105°F~115°F (Do not exceed 115° or the yeast will die). Sprinkle active dry yeast on the surface of warm water in a large mixing bowl. Let it stand until the yeast is dissolved, about 5 minutes. You will see a froth form on the top it, and you can also smell the yeast.
2. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt.
3. Gradually stir (or mix on low speed with the paddle attachment) flour mixture into the yeast bowl. Add the orange extract, eggs, milk, and butter. Adding the remaining water, if needed, to make a soft, pliable ball of dough.
4. Sprinkle flour on the counter and transfer the dough to the counter. Knead (or mix on medium speed with the dough hook) for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and only slightly tacky, but not sticky. It should have a soft, pliable quality, not stiff and resistant. If it is too stiff, knead (or mix) in small amount of water until it softens; if the dough seems too sticky, sprinkle in small amounts of flour as needed.
5. Add the dried cranberries or raisins and knead (or mix) for another 2 minutes, or until they are evenly distributed. Then gently knead (or mix) in the walnut pieces until they are evenly distributed. Lightly oil a large bowl and transfer the dough to the bowl, rolling it to coat it with oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
6. Ferment at room temperature for about 2 hours, or until the dough doubles in size. Punch down the dough for degas, fold the edges of dough to the center.
7. Transfer the dough to the counter and divide it into 6 equal pieces for 2 loaves. Roll out each pieces into strands about 9 inches long, thicker in the middle and slightly tapered toward the ends. Place 3 strands side by side and braid as you would hair. Pinch together the tips at both ends to seal the finish loaf. Place braid on a sheet pan lined baking parchment or greased. Continuing with remaining 3 strands.
8. Proof at room temperature for about 90 minutes, or until the dough nearly doubles in size. Brush the loaf a second time with the remaining egg wash. Preheat the oven to 325°F with the oven rack on the middle shelf.
9. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes or until the loaf is deep golden brown, feel very firm, and sounds hollow when thumped on the bottom. The internal temperature at the center of the loaf should register between 185~190°F.
10. Remove the bread from the pan and transfer it to a cooling rack. Allow the bread to cool for at least 1 hour before slicing or serving.

Thanks to www.mykitchensnippets.blogspot.com this is a wonderful recipes! Everyone of my family loves it even though its over bake a bit cos I went out to get something with my hubby and lift it to my maid. Hahaha! But though everybody said its a very good texture.

I don have cranberry at home so I'm using my left over mix fruit and orange peel. I didn't add nuts in it cos I don't like nuts in my bread, cakes or chocolate. I like nuts on its own.

They call this sharkfin melon in asia but I don't know what is the exact name for this. Normaly we cook it with posk ribs and red dates. But this time I decided to turn it into dessert. I cook it with dry longan, dates(mik chow) and 2 pcs of preserve oranges.( This you can get it any where of Chinese medicine store).

Pandan Cake with Grated Coconut

Pandan Cake with Grated Coconut
Coconut Filling:
230g grated white coconut
100g gula Melaka
30g sugar
30g (1 tbsp) water
1 tsp corn flour or plain flour
2 pandan leaves

Method:
Boil both sugar, water, corn flour and pandan leaves in a small pot until sugar has dissolved. Add in grated coconut and cook until dry. Discard the pandan leaves and leave it to cool down. Roll them into small balls to be used later.

Cake:
3 eggs
150g coconut milk
2.5 tsp baking powder
190g sugar
280g flour
1 tsp pandan paste

Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat at high speed until thick and creamy. Pour into mould lined with muffin cups till half full. Add in coconut filling and top it up till full. Steam at high heat for 8-10 minutes.

I didn't add coconut filling cos I don have it at home. I'm just doing the cake for my daughter to bring to school the next morning. : ) I got this recipes from Bakingmun

Durian Flowers! Yummy yummy! It is so nice to fried it with belacan or ulam with sambal belacan and coconut milk. This is what happen after an hour sitting down on the floor cleaning the flowers. It took us 2 hours sitting down there to clean everything up.

Having fun with the unused flower stem/cover. I don know how do they call that cos it look strange from the normal flower. And this is what we got! Hahaha!

I made as a dessert for last day of CNY 2009 which is chap goh meh! It's a very simply and easy dessert. I bought can sea coconut and longan. I just add in plain water ice and selasih. Selasih is basil tree seeds. It is tasteless but it is good for some health reason. If I'm not wrong it is good for those who have high blood probelm.

Made this birthday cake for one of my girl friends yesterday. Did this straight after my last batch of ginger bread cookies. My helper went back for Christmas and I don know where she keep most of my things I look for my coloring until I start to deco my cake at 12am and I finish at 2a.m. Hew! Hooray! It's winter soltice festival yesterday. Thats mean another 1 month to go for Chinese New Year. We normally had the red and white glutinous rice ball for this festival. But I try this new flavour pumpkin, sweet potato and panda glutinous rice balls. My mom never like the white and red rice balls. But this year she really ate this rice ball. I told her that she is 1 year old cos the old generation believe if you having rice ball for this festival means you are getting a year older.

Ingredients:

This is from my mom garden. I love this flowers Frangipani. I love flowers I love green. Well, i think most of us love flowers especially a a gift from someone. Don you agree with me flowers brighten your day? The last time I received flowers is when I gave birth my daughter. Hahaha! A gift from my girl friend. One of my death wish is to go to Sakura. Hehehe! But Tulip is still my favourite.

Carrot Cupcakes

This cake is fluffy and it goes so perfectly with the frosting.

What you need for Carrot Cake

250ml vegetable oil
150g brown sugar
3 eggs
3 cups firmly packed, coarsely grated carrot (approx 4 large carrots)
120g coarsely chopped walnuts
375g self raising flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp mixed spice

Method

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Prepare muffin tray.

Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and mixed spice.

Whisk eggs and sugar on MED till thick and creamy. (Use the ribbon test to check the consistency).

Fold in the oil.

Fold in the carrot, walnuts and then the dry ingredients.

Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 25 – 30 mins or till cooked. Test using skewer. If the top is browning too fast, cover it loosely with foil.

Stand cake in pan for 5 minutes before turning onto wire rack. Cool on rack.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

(130 ml) cups heavy whipping cream

1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 /2cup (60 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted

Method

Cream Cheese Frosting: In your food processor, or with a hand mixer, process the cream cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and process until smooth. Transfer this mixture to a large mixing bowl.

Then, in the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. With a large spatula, gently but quickly fold a little of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to lighten it. Then fold in the remaining whipped cream, in two stages. Cover and place the frosting in the refrigerator for an hour or two, or until it is firm enough to spread.

This is my 2nd Birhtday cake. The mother of the birthday told me she is five this year and she want some girlish things like princess indeed of cartoonese. She brought it to her sis wedding yesterday cos its same date as her daughter birthday. She is sooooo happy and she told me this morning on the phone she hasn't eat it yet cos it is too lovely to cut! I'm so glad to see people happy. It's always on my head "when you make others happy you are happy too!" And so happy to hear complement too!

Someone ordered 100 pcs of meatfloss and cheese sandwiches from me. I woke up at 4am in the morning to prepared it and felt sleepy in the afternoon. Hahaha!

Apple Crumble

Sponge Cake with custard feeling

Ingredients for sponge cake:
6 eggs
120 gm. castor sugar
140 gm. cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla essence
80 gm. melted butter

Filling:
2 tbsps custard powder
120 ml milk
60g granulated sugar (i reduce to 40g)

Method:
(1) Whisk eggs and sugar till thick and fluffy.
(2) Sieve in cake four and vanilla essence and fold lightly.
(3) Pour in melted butter and fold lightly taking care not to deflate the eggs.
(4) Pour into a square tray 15" x 15" and bake at 175C for about 10 - 12 Mins. or till cooked. Remove from oven and turn onto a wire rack and let it cool.
(5) Cut the sponge cake into 2/3 pieces.
(6) Spread the custard filling. cover with fresh cream if desire.

Fruit Tarts

Sweet pastry Fruit tart. I try this pastry recipes. Cos next week my friend ask me to bake for her wedding. But I'm gonna use freshcream instead of custard. When I make this tarts it reminded me of alot of long lost friend who love fruit tarts. Especially Ling from Sandakan. I miss this girl alot. We have so much fun time when we work at same place before. She loves fruit tart n can't resist it when we pass by Deli France. I have lost in touch with her. If I found her I'll make her this lovely tarts. Hahaha!

Base - Sweet Shortcrust Pastry
Ingred:-
100g butter
160g plain flour
40g icing sugar
1 egg
a few drops of vanilla essence

Method:
1) Preheat oven to 180C.
2) Beat butter & sugar till well combined. Stir in egg and vanilla essence.
3) Add flour to egg mixture. Mix to a dough. Chill for 1 hour.
4) Roll dough thinly and cut into circles using a fluted round cutter.
5) Press pastry circles into tart tins.
6) Trim off excess pastry. Prick evenly with a fork.
8) Bake empty abt 15mins. Keep aside to cool.

Filling
Ingred:-
2 tbsps custard powder
120 ml milk
60g granulated sugar (i reduce to 40g)

Method:
1) Cook custard powder, milk and sugar over low heat.
2) Stir till boils and thickens. Leave it to cool.
3) Spoon mixture into empty tarts.
4) Decorate with fruits and brush with apricot jam.

Loh Mai Chi(Glutinous Peanut balls)

My daughter love this so much n ask me to buy o the time. But my mom said the lady that we bought with is not hygine. So I made it myself and end up they can't finish it. I gave it to my neighbour and they ask me for the recipe.

Skin

250 gm glutinous rice flour

450 ml water

80 gm Sugar

Filling

250 gm toasted peanuts, removed skin and grouded

100 gm toasted sesame seeds, grounded

150 gm Icing Sugar, Sifted

Flour for coating

300 gm rice flour, fried until cooked, cooled

Method

skin: Mix all the ingredient until well combined. pour into a greased steaming tray and steam with medium heat for about 45 mins until cooked. Remove and stir again until smooth. Leave to cool, Pour in rice flour for coating divide into 25 portions.
Filling: Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Wrap up filling with skin and form into round ball. Coat generously with rice flour before putting into small paper cup.

This is what i have been doing last Sunday together with my family. That's why I have to make my baby in that tub cos we can't fine her plastic pool. When ever she sees me bringing flour out she will go for her apron. And she will say " I don want to get my cloth dirty" and she will mess all the flour. That's my babe!

Egg Tart Ingredients:

Pastry:
100g butter

40g icing sugar (sifted)

180g superfine flour (sifted)

1/2 beaten egg

1/4tsp vanilla essence

Filling:
3 eggs, light beaten

65g granulated sugar

240ml water

40ml evaporated (ideal) milk

1/4tsp vanilla essence

Method:
To prepare pastry:

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in beaten egg and vanilla essence and beat until the egg is incorporated well into the mixture.

Add in flour. Mix well until a non-sticky dough is formed.

Chill pastry dough for about 2 hours.

To prepare filling:

Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Set aside to cool.

When the syrup has cool, add in beaten eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.

To prepare egg tarts:

Divide pastry dough into 10 portions. Press each portion evenly into greased tart mould. Trim the edge to remove excessive dough. Prick base of each tart with a fork.

Fill in egg mixture to about 90% full. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degC for 25-30 minutes.

Leave the tarts in moulds for 10 minutes before turning onto wire rack to cool.

Notes:
Superfine flour has low protein content, most suitable for cookies and shortcrust pastries.
It is advised to first use both upper and lower heat. When surface of tarts turn golden use bottom heat only.
Note that heating characteristic of every oven varies. Please adjust temperature, heat direction and cooking time of your oven accordingly.

Pumkin Tart

We have plenty of pumkins at home. Keep on serching pumkin's recipies and final drcided to go for this lovely tart. But to me I think it is a bit sweet. But my mom says it is just nice. I'll cut down the sugar to 30gm instead of 40gm the next round I do it. It taste better if serve it with fresh cream. I'm too tired to do it last nite cos its late! I got this recipes from Yochana. Thanks for sharing. I love her blog!

Pastry:

150 gm. plain flour
75 gm. butter
a dash of salt
30 gm. sugar
1/2 egg (beaten)

For fillings: Mix them altogether

100 gm. pumpkin (skinned, steamed and mashed)
40 gm. soft brown sugar
1 large egg
30 gm. evaporated milk

Method:

(1) Pastry: Sieve plain flour into a large mixing bowl. Add in butter , sugar and salt and mix till it resembles breadcrumbs.
(2) Add in beaten egg and mix till a pliable dough is formed. Judge the dough yourself, if it's too wet, don't add all and if it's too dry, add a little more egg. Do not overmix dough otherwise gluten will form and your pastry becomes rubbery. Rest the dough for 15 mins.
(3) Press dough into tart mould and trim off excess flour at the rim.
(4) Scoop fillings into tart moulds.
(5) Bake at 180C for about 20 mins. till pastry is golden. Cool well.

My 1st Fondant birthday cake.

This is what I did over this week end. My 1st fondant birthday cake. And finally I take up my sugar paste course. My 1st day of class is making sugar paste roses. Hew!!! Now I know it is so much work to b done. Now I understand why it cost so much for a wedding.

Well when we are busy she is busy with us too! So mummy has a better idea to keep her doing something she is happy with and we can continue doing our cooking. We keep her in here for about 45 mins.

Sambal Brinjal

My Mom Yummy sambal brinjal with Thai Sweet Basil(九层塔). As usual nyonya ingredient Shallot, Dried prawn, Chili and with or without Balacan. Once it is cooked just add in Sweet Basil and fried for few second. Its a very tasty veg.

Pickled Papaya

This is pickle papaya with dried sour plum. Get a unripe papaya slice it with a slicer add salt leave it for few minutes, squeeze the remaining water out, dry under the sun For a while. Finally add sugar, bit of salt and dried sour plum.

Ang Chow Pork Ribs

This is very easy and delicious food for those who love wine dish! If I'm not wrong it is a Foochow dish. Ang Chow is a left over rice that people made rice wine. I ever saw it at supermarket. Normally they use to cook with Chicken. My Friend introduce me with pork ribs n it taste yummy! Oooh I'm hungry when I think of it!

Method:

Fry Slice ginger with Sesame oil until fragrant. Add in Pork Ribs or Chicken continue to fry finally add in Ang Chow and salt to taste. It is as easier as that. add a bit of water or red wine if its too dry.

Moon Cakes!

This is Mango Snow Skin Moon Cake. I love anything with mango. I did Strawberry flavour too but still think mango taste better. Florence finally I'm using the cups that you bought for me. Thanks! Will make Cupcakes this week for Jes to bring for her picnic. Hmmm thinking what cupcake baking cups should I use?

Ingredients:

12o g Ko Fun

50 g Shortening

120 g Icing Sugar

140 ml Warm water

1 tsp of Mango Flavour

Method:

Mix Ko Fun, Shortening and Icing Sugar together. Add in warm water and stir until a dough is formed. Divide each portion into 40g. Roll into thin layer, then wrap in 80g filling. Sprinkle some Ko Fun inti the mould before placing the dough into the mould and press tightly. Remove and cool in the fridge for 2 hours.

Fried Brinjal with meat floss

I had this brinjal in on of the HK restaurant in town. I love it so much. Come home n try together with the Buah Keluak O Buah Palau in Indonesia. I purposely go to the wet market in Indonesia to get this Buah Keluak n ask my Untie n my mom to show me how to cook this traditional things. I remember when I was very young my grandmother use to cook this buah keluak, and 1 time eeeeeeee she accidentally cut her own finger. The worst part she is using salt to get her wond heal!!!!!!! So everyone out there no matter what I must learn this dish.

Fried Brinjal with Meat Floss.

Cut Brinjal into 2 inches long, I'm using rice flour with ice water only to deep fried the brinjal. Once done just sprinkle meat floss and fried onion on top. It is a very simply but tasty dish.

Pound Red onion , Dried chilli, lemon grass and galangah together. Fried all the pounded ingredients till fragrants. Add in pork ribs and buah keluak continue to fried for few mins. Add in dried tamarine with a bowl of water. Simmer it for 45mins to 1 hour. Yummy!!!!! If my grandma is with us I'm sure she will be pround of us to cook this traditional dish. Muahahaha!!!!!

I just got back from Bali with few of the beautiful food I had over the holiday. Gosh! my jeans is tight on the last day when I'm back. I woke up at 5.30am this morning to jog. I must lost 5kg and go back to that beautyful island again. Hahaha!!!

This is Babi Guling our roast pork. The skin is so crispy and the sauce taste spicy with alot of herbs. They are using quite alot of Karrif leave.(Daun limau perut in bahasa)

Butter Dates cake

I use my AMC butter cake recipe and just add in my left over dates.

Ingredients:
250 gm Butter
150 gm Sugar(I use 120 gm)
5 eggs
210 gm self rising flour
half tsp of baking powder

* I'm using AMC method and pot to bake its is so fast and easy. It only take me 29 mins to bake this wonderful cake.

Gandum/wheat with coconut milk

This is so easy to prepare. Just cook the wheat like the way we use to cook barley. When it is cooked or the wheat is soft just add in coconut milk. I cook 1 big pot and its all eaten up!
